A Message from the Wardens – 21st January 2022

Dear Friends,

Our service this week will be Holy Communion. There are plenty of gaps on the list for people to offer to read one of the lessons or lead the prayers at future services. The list will be at the back of church before the service then available in the hall at coffee time. Please consider volunteering, especially if you haven’t done it before.

This week we had a Zoom conversation with Bishop Pete, Archdeacon Malcolm and Ben Tanner. It has been confirmed that the service licensing Ben to All Saints will be on Monday 13th June. It has been great to gradually start to meet some of the people from Christ Church, Endcliffe as they have joined us on Sunday mornings recently. The poster in church where we wrote down some of our hopes and dreams for the Graft during the January All Age service will remain there for some weeks. If you missed that service, please have a look at it. All the materials are still available so that you can add your own thoughts.

Please continue to pray for the Graft, particularly for Ben and the team as they prepare to come here and for all the practical things that need to be arranged like possibly moving house and changing schools for some of them. Please pray for ourselves too as we prepare to welcome them and explore together what God has planned for All Saints and our outreach into our community.

A reminder about the Diversity and Inclusion Conversation on Thursday.
Liz Hardie and Ali Creasey will be hosting a conversation on Diversity and Inclusion. If you are planning on attending, please confirm with Ali via email at totleyassociate@gmail.com

Every blessing,
Ann & James
